KTS is an NBA member, he prolly told you to check these forums and apply here just to fuck with you a bit or something, why? I dunno.
It's true that NBA used to be in Empires but not anymore, infact we are in war with them.
Regarding the fact you wanting to join, well just make another app that doesn't have "NBA" it's title or w/e and the leaders will take a look at your application.
If they will find your app satisfactory, they will either post it here or send you a PM.
